solemn aspirations

solemn aspirations
dwell:                                 statues
in                   thought.
The light is found
preserved
from centuries of

hate

patiently seeking
the meaning.

I was sort of complaining about writing a
short poem yesterday. Ha. After reading
some of yours, they do have much meaning.

Nice place

I like this description of statues. But I don't understand the line spacing.

I like the spacing, it makes the words feel weighted, the heaviness of the statue the depth of thought.
